You simply transfer records online in a matter of seconds-all the while maintaining the security of the system.

Student Grading System (SGS)

Report academic information to parents, students and schools-automatically

Integrated with the Student Management System, the Student Grading System takes grade reporting a step further-and automates it. The SGS module helps you easily identify top students and produce a variety of grading reports, including student transcripts, honor rolls and report cards.

You can develop your own method of reporting grades and let the SGS module do the calculations. Because the application is so flexible, grades can be alphabetical, numeric, short word or percentages. The SGS module can produce precise GPA reports, process report cards and automate the transcription of final grades. And whether you enter information via the keyboard or NCS optical mark reading scanners, data in the SGS module interfaces seamlessly with other CIMS G/T student products, such as InteGrade Pro cross-platform gradebook software, enabling bi-directional sharing of student and grading information.

Student Scheduling System (SCH)

Fast and efficient scheduling
The Student Scheduling System can help you build an efficient master schedule, schedule course requests and provide class rosters. And it help balance what you want (an effective master schedule) with what each student wants (a class schedule that meets their needs).

The SCH module lets your schedule two ways:

All students scheduled at a campus (during pre-registration) and individual students (for students enrolling after the scheduling process is complete and after the school year begins). You decide upon course names, codes, linked courses, balancing factors, electives and alternate course parameters. And reports, such as Conflict Matrix, student conflict report, class lists, utilization reports and student schedules provide what you need to evaluate and communicate scheduling information.

An easier way to track student attendance

In schools, student attendance is spelled F-U-N-D-I-N-G. Information accuracy cannot be over emphasized. The Student Attendance System has extensive capabilities to help produce the multitude of information that state departments of education demand. And, you'll no longer need to manually consolidate individual school attendance information into district reports. The SAS module does it simply and efficiently.

The SAS module lets you track student attendance the way you want:
· period-by-period,
· half-day or
· full-day.

Educators can enter attendance information quickly and efficiently through a scanner or keyboard. They can access it quickly, too-and generate extensive reports, such as enrollment totals and daily absence listings. With the SAS module, parent/school communications can improve, particularly with letter-writing capabilities and an interface to automatic phone dialing systems. And it can make sure you're on top of your student attendance records day in and day out.
