If the answer to the above questions is YES, then CIC ScoreAnalyzerTM is for you! Our software provides teachers and administrators with the ability to aggregate and disaggregate student proficiency scores in any format.
CIC ScoreAnalyzerTM allows information from your database to be summarized by student, standard / subject, and date (or date range). Data is then accessible by student (for detailed review), or is also summarized by district / school and standard / subject.
Summary data can then be reviewed on-screen, including a detail table and bar / pie charts. The charts change dynamically as the cursor is moved, making the software easy to operate by non-technical end users.
Disaggregation options are also provided in a “drop-down” format, allowing the data to be broken down by single or any combination of field(s) for further analysis. This allows district or school data to be analyzed by grade, teacher, and / or any combination of demographic fields.
Using Pivot Tables allows for “drag and drop” of various fields to further analyze student data, and group in a variety of formats. Comparisons can be made (and viewed on screen) based on any combination of data available in the analysis file, including by school, by teacher, and by test part / standard.
Detailed information is also available by student, including whichever test scores are available (number correct, percent correct, percentile rank, and other statistical scores) with each data source.
